## Quick start
1. Extract the ZIP. Keep the directory structure as supplied.
2. Open `index.html` in your browser; for consistent browser storage and development, run a local static server:
   - `python -m http.server 8000`
   - Visit `http://localhost:8000/`.
3. Read `CUSTOMIZATION.md` before publishing.

- Homepage and filtered/searchable course directory.
- Six course detail pages and six functional written-lesson viewers.
- Bookmark/saved list, learning progress dashboard, instructor persona gallery.
- Pricing examples with monthly/annual toggle, contact enquiry, FAQ, about, privacy and terms examples.

## What works in the frontend
Course search, filters, sorting, bookmarks, interactive lesson navigation, mark-complete toggles, local learning progress, pricing toggle, mobile menu, FAQ expansion, contact form validation, copy-to-clipboard / email draft handoff.

## Honest limitations
This is a **frontend website template, not a production LMS**. No live payment, subscription billing, email delivery service, account authentication, video hosting, protected content, certificate issuance, teacher platform or cloud database. Sample course data, instructor personas and prices are fictional. Browser-only localStorage should not be used to protect paid courses or sensitive student records.
